A: No. All approved returns and exchanges are completely free.

A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or style. Replacements ship free of charge once we receive your return.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and sent to your original payment method in the original currency of purchase.
Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn dresses, customised/personalised pieces, or items marked non-returnable.
