Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM GMT (London)

Fulfilment Days: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday only

Handling Time: Minimum 1 day, Maximum 2 days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: Minimum 3 days, Maximum 7 days (Monday–Friday)
Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4–9 working days from order confirmation

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: During peak periods (holidays, sales events, promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Address Modification

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at care@deloxusa.com as soon as possible and before your order has shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, France, New Zealand, and Denmark.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO, APO/FPO, or freight-forwarding addresses.
